Integrated inspection procedures

The standards we set for our inspection portfolio are high quality and economic efficiency. On request and if considered reasonable, we therefore integrate inspection procedures into the coating process or downstream process steps in order to avoid the need for superfluous handling and logistics. The range of inspection procedures extends from manual check gauges with individual examinations to component labelling and data record documentation for each specimen and fully automated inspection lines. In case of the latter, we use optoelectronic systems to inspect the components for surface defects such as pits or weld puddles according to a specified defect pattern. Defective components are automatically sorted out by robots.
