Chemical bath deburring

With chemical batch deburring, components are immersed in a solution and left there until the burr on the component has dissolved. In this way, internal and external burrs can be removed, edges rounded, scales and material overlaps removed and rough surfaces smoothed. The method is suitable for components that must not be subjected to either thermal or mechanical stress.

• Bauteile sind frei von Graten (innen- und außenliegend), Flittern, Schuppen und Materialüberlappungen.
• Es erfolgt ein genau definierter und gleichmäßiger Abtrag am Bauteil.
• Alle Ecken und Kanten werden hierbei minimal verrundet.
• Zumeist ist eine weitere Nachbehandlung (Reinigung) nicht notwendig.
• Hierbei werden die Bauteile weder thermisch noch mechanisch beansprucht.
• Die Oberfläche kann bis zu einer bestimmten Restrautiefe geglättet werden.
• Es tritt keine Wasserstoffversprödung auf.
