High-performance corrosion protection for components with particular functional requirements: thanks to zinc flake coatings in combination with topcoats or sealers. Regardless of whether special friction coefficients, abrasion resistance, UV resistance, gloss level, colouring or an insulation function are required. The processes are recommended especially for complex geometrical components, hollow and scooping components, small screws with washers or smallest internal force applications.
