BENSELER offers various coating processes with different application options at various locations. Processes and coatings at a glance:

At various locations, you will find surface technology processes such as zinc flake coating (GEOMET®, DELTA PROTEKT® and others), organic processes (e-coating, powder coating, classic wet coating and UV coating), thin-film technology (PVD coating) and specific coatings for fasteners (thread locking & bonded coating).

For optimum results and the highest quality, BENSELER uses pre-treatments that are adapted to the process technology and matched to the base materials to be coated. 

Quality and sustainability go hand in hand: this is why BENSELER has an integrated management system certified in both aspects, for example in accordance with IATF 16949, DIN EN ISO 50001, DIN EN ISO 14001 and other specifications.

    DELTA PROTEKT®

    DELTA PROTEKT® is an organic solvent-based thin-film corrosion protection system consisting of a basecoat and an optional topcoat. The process enables individual solutions with regard to functional properties, corrosion and friction behavior. It is widely used in the automotive industry.
  • e-coating: Pre-treatment in an immersion-cycle system

    E-Coating (Cathodic dip coating)

    Cathodic dip coating is specified worldwide in the automotive industry: it is the ideal basecoat for powder and wet paints - efficient and environmentally friendly. Cathodic dip coating is also a widely used process in many other industries.

    Electrostatic powder coating

    Electrostatic powder coating is particularly environmentally friendly, solvent-free and can be used in many industries. It is particularly impact-resistant, scratch-resistant and offers a high level of corrosion protection.
  • Transport automations of the GEOMET® process

    GEOMET®

    GEOMET® is the best-known water-based zinc flake coating used for corrosion protection of fasteners and other steel parts as one of the standard systems in the automotive industry and beyond.

    Thread locking systems, such as Precote or Loctite, are used to secure threads against loosening or loss: A pre-coating with a sealing, clamping or adhesive function is partially applied to the threads.

    Wet Coatings

    Whether color shades, structures, effects, gloss levels or haptics: wet coating offers numerous visual possibilities and is gentle on the environment: BENSELER relies on high-solid paint systems - water- or solvent-based. UV lacquers are also used.

    Zinc flake systems from other manufacturers offer effective solutions for components with specific requirements.
