Measuring inspection

For threaded parts of all types, we offer the service of automated, optical measuring inspection. To name just a few inspection factors, on screws in the M4 to M10 range with lengths of up to 60 mm, we check core and shaft diameter, pitch or ogive of the threads, protrusions or visible cracks on the screw heads or the distance between opposite corners in the outer contours. Thanks to our 360° inspection units, we can also provide all-around thread inspection. Our advanced sorting technology allows us to sort out defective parts with maximum precision.
